Chris and I have been horrible lately at cooking at home. We really enjoy cooking, and in the past have made most meals at home. I think life has just got busy and tiring (and probably just out of being lazy) so we have kind of gotten away from that good habit of ours. Also, we kind of suck at cleaning up our cooking messes.
This week I am turning that around by using up the frozen meat & veggies in our freezer, and making a trip to the store tomorrow for some other things and actually planning meals to make this week in hopes of getting us back on track.
I just wanted to share some of the yummy things I have planned, and if they turn out good – will share the outcome later!

Like how I threw a cupcake recipe in our “meal plan”? Hah! Really, it’s just something I wanted to make this week (and dessert is part of a meal, RIGHT?!).
