You know how sometimes you see something delicious and you just need to eat said item asap? This is one of those. I saw these amazing Triple Salted Caramel Cupcakes from Sprinkle Bakes and I was just waiting for a time to make them. While I didn’t try to make mine quite as extravagant (well really, I didn’t want to spend any extra time baking), they tasted AMAZING. I highly recommend you try and make them, the most tasty part is the yummy frosting. Just the right amount of saltiness and really, not a ton of sweetness over all in the cupcake. But the other awesome part? A dollop of homemade caramel in the middle of the cupcake! Ohhh yes! I also opted to not make the pretty salted carmel decor for the top.
